On this day, explore the Gurung village of Sikles, renowned for its traditional lifestyle, handicrafts, local weaving traditions, and ancient water-driven flour mills. The area's highlight includes a stunning forest of rhododendrons. After lunch, the trek descends towards Ghale Gaun, passing through rhododendron forests. Ghale Gaun, named as a prominent village tourism destination, offers panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Bouddha Himal, Himalchuli, Manaslu to the East, Lamjung Himal and Annapurna to the North, and the iconic Machhapuchhre peak to the West.
On the third day of your trek, from Ghalegaun to Bhugrung Khola and the subsequent drive to Pokhara, you'll traverse through captivating landscapes, bid farewell to the mountain villages, and return to the lakeside city of Pokhara, carrying with you cherished memories of your Himalayan adventure.
